Though rice is a staple in Thai kitchens, noodles are also the essence in Thai cuisine. Noodles come in all sizes and shapes: thick, thin, clear, curly, white and yellow. Eaten in broth, with curry or completely dry. They can be fried, tossed, boiled or fermented to bring them to life. Noodles can be served hot or cold, patterned after Thailand’s soothing tropical weather. We use fine and simple ingredients to top the noodles. Our passion is creating favorite dishes for
